 * Deposits are : 100.00 for each kitten within 5 days of reserving the kitten/adult.

 * Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event of kitten health problems before the date of full payment.

 * Full Payment must be received two weeks prier to shipping the Kitten/Cat.

 *  Payments can be done by, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or PayPal.

___  * Breeder guarantees the health of the above mentioned kitten/cat for 5 days from the date of deliver. This kitten/cat is guaranteed to have no internal/external parasites, fungus or contagious disease.  Breeder advises buyer to have this kitten/cat examined within the 5 day time frame by a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will result in this health agreement being null and void. If your vet finds a life threatening disease or congenial defect, and you wish to return the kitten/cat, you will need to return the registration papers, vaccination history, x-rays, and a written statement for the vet stating the diagnosis. Claims must be made within the 5 day period as stated above, and are subject to our veterinarians inspection.     

 

___ * Breeder is not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred once buyer takes possession of the above named kitten/cat, unless this kitten/cat  is found to be ill within the above 5 day time frame. If this kitten/cat is found to be in ill health, buyer will furnish breeder with supporting reports from a licensed veterinarian and breeder will pay reasonable fees for medication and or treatment. Breeder will not pay for any procedures or tests performed on the above named kitten/cat. Should buyer wish to return this kitten/cat to this breeder, for above mentioned problems, buyer is responsible for all costs involved in getting this kitten back to the breeder including shipping ,and assumes responsibility for costs incurred for a replacement kitten/cat including shipping.

 

___ * Buyer agrees that if for any reason they cannot keep the kitten/cat that they contact the breeder, Kelly Thompson

 

____ * If this Kitten/cat is found to be neglected , or is in ill health, the buyer will surrender this kitten/cat to this breeder unconditionally .

 

____ * Kitten/ Cat is to kept indoors and not allowed to stray outdoors. If this kitten / cat is allowed outdoors, breeder assumes no responsibility for any diseases or parasites this kitten/ cat may develop.

 

____ * If this kitten/ cat is declawed, breeder assumes no liability for any change in litter box habits that may result.

____ * If this kitten/ cat is flown or travels by other means other that that of this breeders personal vehicles to its new owner, Breeder is not responsible for any preparations or costs incurred for and/or during transport. Buyer is responsible for acquiring insurance. The health and well being of animals requiring foreign quarantine and are not guaranteed since breeder has no control over these conditions.

 

____* If this kitten/cat is shipped , breeder has done so in good faith with a current Health certificate from a licensed veterinarian . Should this kitten/cat be returned for any reason, all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

 

____* If this kitten/cat dies an untimely death due to a genetic defect within the first year of ownership, Buyer and breeder agree to replace this kitten/cat with a kitten of equal value at such time as one becomes available. Buyer must provide breeder with a detailed autopsy from a licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death. The autopsy certificate and veterinary report expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for arrangements and costs to take possession of their replacement kitten/cat. Warranties will not be honored if ownership changes or if offspring has been kept or sold for breeding. Breeder will not be responsible for deaths due to FIP if either the FIP or FELv vaccines are given by buyer or buyers veterinarian to this kitten/cat.

 

____ * Buyer agrees that the kitten/ cat will be neutered /spayed within 6 months. Buyer agrees that the kitten / cat will not be used for breeding or showing, and will be surrendered upon breaking the terms of this agreement

 

____ * Breeder suggests that the kitten/cat be fed only premium feeds, hence helping preventing kidney and or bladder problems/failure. 

 

 

——* It is very important to keep your Sphynx warm, They must have plenty of warmth. I encourage electric Pet Beds, this way they have a place to go if they get cold. Expect your Sphynx will be sleeping with you under the covers. Never put them on a human heating pad as you can’t control the temperature it can burn them severely.
